If you prefer, you can create your own account using the customer-facing touch-screen at checkout. All you need to create an in-store account is a phone number, but we recommend leaving your email as well. This way, we can send you receipts via email and sign you up to receive our weekly sales ads.
To create an account 🌐 online, simply click on the link below to visit our Account page. You'll be prompted to Join Us or Sign In. Type your email address into the field labeled "Your Email Address," and then click the button that reads "Get Sign In Link."
Next, check your email for a message from us, which will include a link to sign into your account. If you don't see an email within a few minutes, check your Promotions or SPAM folders, or use your email's search function to look for an email from ecom.notifications@lightspeed.app.
Click the green sign-in button, and you'll be returned to our website, signed into your account. If you're a returning customer, you might already have accumulated loyalty points that you can use right away.
