Initiating Returns: You have 10 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return process. To start, contact us at tracy@humanityhealthcbd.com and our Customer Care Representatives will gladly assist you.

Eligibility: Returns and refunds are only applicable to unopened and unused products.

Refund Process: Once your return is approved, we typically process refunds within 1-2 business days. Refunds are not guaranteed and will not be considered unless the unopened product is returned to us.

Shipping Costs: If you received free shipping with your order, your refund will be issued less the cost of shipping the product to you. Additionally, if a package is rejected and returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy: Orders may be cancelled by 5:00 PM on the same day they are placed. Any cancellation after this time will be treated as a return and is subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns initiated after the same day the order was placed.

Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging, unopened, and with seals unbroken.
