Return Policy

At Humanity Health CBD, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you find the need to return a product, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Initiating Returns: You have 10 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return process. To start, contact us at tracy@humanityhealthcbd.com and our Customer Care Representatives will gladly assist you.
• Eligibility: Returns and refunds are only applicable to unopened and unused products.
• Refund Process: Once your return is approved, we typically process refunds within 1-2 business days. Refunds are not guaranteed and will not be considered unless the unopened product is returned to us.
• Shipping Costs: If you received free shipping with your order, your refund will be issued less the cost of shipping the product to you. Additionally, if a package is rejected and returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Cancellation Policy: Orders may be cancelled by 5:00 PM on the same day they are placed. Any cancellation after this time will be treated as a return and is subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
• Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns initiated after the same day the order was placed.
• Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging, unopened, and with seals unbroken.
• Quality Assurance: While we stand behind the quality of our products, refunds will not be issued based on individual preferences or taste. However, if a product arrives damaged and unusable, please notify us on the day of product arrival via email at tracy@humanityhealthcbd.com.
• Right to Deny Refunds: We reserve the right to deny refunds for any reason. Additionally, we retain the right to deny service or sales to any person(s), business, or entity.
